Stan Rosenzweig has packed the house with his
presentations at the Las Vegas Convention Center, New York's
Javits Center, Chicago's McCormack Center and numerous public and
corporate venues in 35 states.
He has authored three books on sales and marketing, one on
technology and one on sailing. He has published over 200 business
articles for national and regional publications based on his
successful career as a technologist, a business owner and a
turn-around specialist.
All of his speeches, seminars, books and articles reflect his
common sense philosophy that great profit-based lessons come from
every day events for those who will take the time to see
them.
Programs are offered as keynote
speeches, half day workshops, or two day seminar
sessions.
Programs and descriptions:
- Smart Selling. How you can turn ordinary selling into
extraordinary income.
Stop losing sales and start making
more money. Sell more by
working smarter instead of harder. Based on work Stan has done for
AT&T, The American Hotel & Motel Association, Reed
Elsevier and scores of other clients over the years. This program
is available as an exciting keynote speech, a half day
workshop, or a two-day, 18 lesson seminar that includes selling skills, marketing, telephone sales and managing for success.
- How to leverage high technology in a low tech
industry.
There are
dozens of things that every day businesses can do to take
advantage of the latest in technology without going broke in
the process. Based on Stan's weekly syndicated "Common Sense
Business" column and two decades at the helm of a telecommunications firm, he reveals numerous (and humerous) ways for non-technical
businesses to use technology to avoid being left behind.
- Marshall McLuhan is still going strong - How the 1964
technology prognosticator will help you today.
Forty
one years ago, McLuhan did for media what Einstein had done for
Physics. Since then, Stan shows that McLuhan and Einstein are still right, to the amazement and delight of listeners. The medium is still the message and that message can still make you money.
- Getting the job done through people - A common sense
management discussion.
Stan shares the most valuable lesson
he ever learned while working with volunteer
organizations: that motivation does not have to be based
on financial compensation. In this speech, he lays out just what
makes people go the extra mile. It will surprise you, energize you
and make you want to go right back to the office to try it out.
- Mining Gold from the Golden Rule.
Reap more than altruistic returns for being
an outstanding corporate citizen. Stan's work with
Katrina disaster relief workers, reinforces
his observations from when he was involved with AT&T's public
outreach efforts. With humorous anecdotes and numerous
actual experiences, he shows how improved management,
stronger team building, and the ability to perform under
pressure, are lessons learned by those who step-up in times
of crisis.
Client Testimonials: "As president of the Fairfield
County Public Relations Association, I offer my congratulations on
the excellent program you provided our organization. As you can tell
from the large turnout and lively discussion which followed, we were
all very impressed with your remarks in terms of content and the way
they were presented. Any organization would benefit greatly from
hearing your, particularly as the pace of technical change continues
to accelerate. And I hope you will consider addressing our group
again at a future time."
-- Martin H. Arnold, President
"On behalf of CVG4, I want to express our most sincere thanks
and appreciation to you for joining us in San Diego. None of us
really knew what to expect out of Saturday, but we certainly came
away from there knowing that we had spent some very worth while time
with someone who could understand our situation and what we can do
to improve and succeed."
-- Edward L. Brown, Program
Chair "Thank you again for taking the time to speak
to our ICCA chapter tonight. I enjoyed your presentation greatly and
it reminded me of several important concepts that I sometimes
overlook while chatting with prospective clients. Perhaps my
greatest failing is that I sometimes get so enthusiastic about what
current technology can do that I lose sight of the need to focus on
what the client really wants."
-- MLD, Vice President
"Loaded with information we can use. Expertly delivered, with
humor and foreword looking insight. Your talk last night to the
Fairfield County Public Relations Association was one of the
best we've had in the 20-plus years I've been a member."
-- C William Welch
